An intensive, structured program to turn ideas into startups, at the heart of NEOMA’s incubators in Reims and Rouen.
Introduction
The Venture Studio is an innovative entrepreneurship program at NEOMA Business School. It is open to:
1/ students with a business idea
2/ those without an idea but highly motivated
3/ students who want to join an existing project
4/ those who wish to build a team
5/ curious students who want to explore whether entrepreneurship fits them.

Program outline (2 months)
Month 1 — Problem / Solution Fit
- Identify opportunities & problems
- Validate customer needs (qualitative & quantitative)
- Business model & value proposition
- Partnerships & resources

👥 Methods: interviews, masterclasses, coaching, mentoring, P2P, KPI competitions, e-learning
🛠 Tools: no/low-code, Canva, Neo Startup Canvas, P2P platform, AI
📑 Deliverables: NSC V1, pitch deck V1, landing page, 20–100 interviews, personas, POC/prototype, competitor analysis, UVP
Month 2 — Product / Market Fit
- Build & test the MVP
- Finance & fundraising strategy
- Investor pitch preparation
- Roadmap to incubation / market launch
🎯 Objectives: exploration + execution (customer creation & startup building)
👥 Methods: tech tools, user & expert interviews, masterclasses, coaching, P2P, KPI competitions, e-learning
🛠 Tools: Coding School, no/low-code, NSC, BP
📑 Deliverables: Business plan & forecasts, NSC V2, deck V2, website V1, interviews, improved MVP, UVP, competitor study, Incubator selection committee

Yes, to prototype fast, validate the market, and optimize operations.
